Queen comes to open Orford Jubilee Park 17th May 2012

Well done to Emily Hill who has won the Prince's Trust Educational Achiever of the Year Award 2012

This award recognises young people who have overcome barriers, developed new skills and improved their education prospects.

Emily received her award at a packed ceremony in London on Wednesday 14th March.

William Beamont pupils, with their eyes firmly fixed on their future, take part in mock interviews with staff from Warrington Collegiate & Priestley College in preparation for their on-going education.

William Beamont pupils win National competition to represent UK

After applying along with thousands of other schools nationwide, William Beamont was chosen to record the song taken from the musical Stand Tall, with its anti-bullying message based on the story of David and Goliath.

Three members of the production team visited the school and professionally recorded the song, which will be released on the Internet for all the world to hear.

Great GCSE Results

Year 11 pupils at William Beamont Community High School celebrate another record breaking set of GCSE results with 86% of pupils achieving 5 or more A*-C grades. Well done to the Class of 2011!
